Keeping Email Personal, Not Pushy

FreightCenter.com customers may have noticed something different about the emails landing in their inboxes. As of September of last year, we've been busy creating a better way to keep you informed of our new freight technology products and 3PL services that have simplified the process of freight quoting and booking for more than 14 years. Our partnership with Listrak helps us communicate with you in a better, more relevant way. Listrak helps us control the number of emails we send to you, which prevents you from feeling bombarded by irrelevant marketing messages.

Think of our opt-in emails as natural conversations. We only communicate with you when you want us to and we make sure to offer incentives to keep you engaged with us because that's how we feel we build relationships, not just process shipments. Each email is tailored to your unique activity. In other words, if you're a residential shipper we won't send you information about our commercial business solutions (unless you ask, of course). We appreciate the opportunity to do business with you and we're so confident in our customer support and added-value services that we don't have to be "pushy" or over-the-top with our communication. As with any legitimate email service, you have the option to opt-out of our emails at any time. Just click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email and we will permanently remove your email address from our marketing list. It's that easy and hassle free!

These emails are naturally timed and based on your habits so you're not left wondering why you keep receiving emails that you may not want to read. These emails help us deliver our customer satisfaction surveys to you, and these surveys in turn help us to quickly adjust procedures or make improvements based on your experience.
