INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

FreightCenter.com is looking to hire full-time sales representatives for its corporate offices in Trinity and nearby Palm Harbor. Named one of Florida's Best Companies to Work for in the Tampa Bay area, FreightCenter.com is a successful Internet-based company that offers a competitive salary, health and dental benefits, life insurance, and a professional yet fun work atmosphere.

Motivated sales representatives are wanted to work directly with customers who need to obtain freight rate quotes and book shipments through our vast network of transportation carriers. Initial and continued training is provided to ensure your success and rapid advancement in a fulfilling, stable career. Promotions available to those who want to build their own book of business and transition into a role as a National Account Manager.

Through a combination of inbound and outbound phone sales, sales representatives can easily earn $45k in as little as three months. If you like to help people and are quick to learn, a position as a FreightCenter.com Sales Representative may be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone with freight shipping orders
• Prospect potential shippers to build a large customer base
• Provide ongoing communication to customers regarding their shipments in progress
• Educate customers about the freight shipping process and about our products and services

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish relationships with customers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Must be available to work a flexible day or night shift schedule

Compensation:

Hourly wage and monthly bonus. First year average salary is $35,000 to $50,000. Typical salary range is $45,000 and established sales representatives earn more than $55,000. Excellent insurance benefits include health, dental, vision and life. A 100% matching 401(k) is available after 1 year of employment.
